Procedure:

Step 1: Press mute, then type in 27238 # (spells CRAFT) on the keypad or reboot the phone and press the '*' key when prompted, followed by 27238#.

Step 2: A menu will appear, scroll down to Clear and press Start.

Step 3: Press Clear again to confirm.

Step 4: The display will show Clearing Values and the phone will reboot. Once back up, the phone will be reset to factory default settings.
