Alarmtraq Partner Edition Announcement

Manufacturer Release notes:

We are excited to announce important changes related to the upcoming release of Alarmtraq Partner Edition to ensure uninterrupted support for our customers.

Alarmtraq Partner Edition will be generally available (GA) starting December 1, 2024. This new edition introduces various feature enhancements, including a subscription-based licensing model. Please note that this release is distinct from previous versions of Alarmtraq (such as Release 11), and customers with existing contracts for Alarmtraq are not automatically entitled to Alarmtraq Partner Edition.

• Perpetual licensing will no longer be supported after existing contracts for Alarmtraq expire and will not be available for purchase starting October 1, 2024.
• Support agreements for Alarmtraq Release 11 and lower will no longer be sold. Customers with active support agreements for older releases may continue to receive support until their contracts expire.
• Software downloads for Alarmtraq Release 11 and lower will be removed 30 days from this notice. Customers must retain their own software copies before removal.
• Security and software updates will only be available to customers with subscription licenses for Alarmtraq Partner Edition or newer.
• A separate contract or subscription will be required to access the features of Alarmtraq Partner Edition.
• The new subscription licensing model includes a 10% flex expansion without penalty.
• Subscription licensing will be billed annually.
• Customers who fail to renew their subscription will receive a 45-day grace period for support.

Pricing for Alarmtraq Partner Edition

The new subscription model provides a progressive pricing model that offers volume discounts. The new model is based on per device.
