Description:
When calls to a VDN leave Communication Manager on their way to Session Manager as they cover to voicemail the history info header is missing.

Problem Clarification:
Calls made to certain VDN numbers on Communication Manager do not cover to the correct voicemail box. Calls made to VDN 2010 work correctly, while the same call made to VDN 3599 does not work and receives a generic voicemail greeting, not ending up in the correct voicemail box.
Cause:
There is a missing private table numbering entry in Communication Manager.
From the Communication Manager administration interface issue the command list private-numbering and look for an entry that matches the extension range we are trying to call.

Solution:
Using the change private-numbering 3 command in Communication Manager add an entry that covers the extension range you are looking to call, you can also specify the entry to only apply to certain trunks groups if you choose to. Here we are adding an entry to cover 4 digit extensions starting with a 3.
