Security Access Logs
The Security Access Logs dashboard provides a centralized audit view of user access activity across monitored systems and platforms. It is designed to support operational security, access governance, and audit traceability by capturing detailed records of who accessed which system, when the access occurred, and which device or product was involved.
By consolidating login and access events into a structured log format, this dashboard enables administrators and support teams to quickly validate authorized usage, detect unusual access patterns, and maintain a clear historical record of system interactions. It serves as a foundational security and compliance tool for environments where controlled access and accountability are critical.

System Access
This table provides a detailed log of system access events, capturing key metadata associated with each login or access interaction. Core fields include:
- Date and timestamp of access
- Customer or organization
- User account
- Device or system accessed
- Product or platform (e.g., Communication Manager)
- Case/Note or reference identifier
This panel functions as the primary audit trail for user access activity and allows teams to track exactly when and where users interacted with critical systems.
Operational Visibility
The System Access log enables administrators to:
- Verify legitimate user access to production systems
- Monitor repeated access attempts over short time intervals
- Correlate user activity with support cases or operational events
- Identify potential unauthorized or unexpected access patterns
Because each entry includes both the device and product context, teams can quickly determine which specific platform instance was accessed (for example, a particular server or application node).
